IN REGARDS TO THE VENUE CHANGE:

Due to unforeseen constructions delays with our previous venue, InTime U 2022 will be moving to the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach. While an unexpected change, we're very excited to offer an elevated experience for attendees at the same rate.

What is important to note:

Room Bookings:

If you have previously booked a room at the Marriott Newport Beach, your reservation information will automatically transfer to the Hilton Waterfront Beach resort and the same nightly rate of $182/night will be honored. At check-in, you will be asked for a credit card for payment of your room reservation.

In addition, the Marriott Newport Beach will be following up with confirmation of cancellation of your room reservation.

Upgraded Location:

The 4.5-star Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort is located at 21100 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, California. The Hilton is a prime, ocean-front hotel located on Huntington Beach and is a 5-minute walk from the landmark Huntington Beach Pier, Pacific City shopping and, of course, world-class surfing.

Airport Travel:

The Hilton Waterfront is a short 12-mile drive from John Wayne Airport and 40-mile drive from LAX.

Parking:

Valet Parking is available at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort for $18/day or $32 overnight.

Room Reservations at the Hilton:

If you had a room reserved at the Marriott, please note that your room has been transferred to the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort. You should have received an e-mail from the Hilton confirming this reservation update.

Payment information was not transferred from the Marriott. Attendees will be asked for payment information at check-in. If you wish to coordinate payment in advance, please contact the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort directly. 

Room Cancellations at the Marriott: 

If you made a room reservation through our original conference block with the Marriott, this reservation will automatically be cancelled, and you will be sent an e-mail confirmation.

However, if you made a reservation outside of our conference block, you will need to contact the Marriott directly to request cancellation.
